If you contact us or request a response through WhatsApp, your communications are also processed under WhatsApp’s and its provider’s privacy terms. Do not send sensitive identity or payment information through chat unless our representative confirms a secure and appropriate method.

Our inquiry form uses ALTCHA proof-of-work verification to distinguish genuine submissions from automated spam. ALTCHA validates a computational challenge and is designed to avoid conventional tracking-based CAPTCHA profiling. Verification data is used for security and abuse prevention.
